Job description for Sales Manager at NBS (nusantara beta studio)
- Set, define and manage sales strategy and targets on monthly, semester and annual bases by developing a plan for hitting the target at the end of the year, maintaining it on a semester basis, and ensuring you have sales action plans to support this
- Create sales plan and seek/create profitable of NBS products and services
- Work closely with CIO, CEO, COO, CTO and Operational Leadership Team
- Create group vision by understanding company vision and be able to explain it to each member
- Lead and support team members to achieve group target and each member individual target by motivation, counselling, and product and service knowledge
- Create, manage and coach of teams individuals to optimal performance including sales strategies, plans, development, and negotiation
- Asses, Consult and understand the customer needs (find issues and internal discussion and propose the solution to get the order and provide solutions)
- Overall basic sales operations (customers meetings, creating proposals and reviews (including adjustments with internal and external parties), quotation preparation, invoice issues, payment management, etc.)
- Create, engage, maintain and strengthen customer and NBS relationship
- Identify key decision makers, approvers, and influencers and develop strategies to increase deal confidence
- Seek and develop opportunities from prospective customers
- Negotiating dealing conditions with customers
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve IT project goals
- Handle to manage and growth teamwork
- Ensure continued customer satisfaction levels and develop NBS image as a trustworthy, capable and a reliable technology partner
