Requirements:
a. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Management.
b. Candidates who are local residents in the designated work area are preferred
c. Minimum 3 years of experience in management position, have experience in ISP or similar field would be an advantage.
d. Understanding of Marketing Strategy, Competitive Strategy, and Consumer Behavior.
e. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
f. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
g. Ability to manage multiple task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
h. Strong analytical skill and problem-solving ability
i. Understanding of operational management and process improvement
j. Proficiency in management software and tools.
Job Description:
a. Achieving business goals and revenue targets
b. Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives
c. Recruiting, training, supporting subordinate managers, and conducting regular performance reviews
d. Implementing headquarters’ business, marketing, and advertising plans and developing local community relationships
e. Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective
f. Ensuring products and services comply with company regulatory and quality standards
g. Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed. Initiate local SOP if it’s necessary
h. Prepared and presented monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances
i. Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions
