The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also oversee the preparation of sales reports, manage the sales team, and ensure that all sales activities align with the hotel’s overall business objectives. Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry, is required. Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Communication Skills, and Sales Planning are essential.
