Job description for Sales Manager at IT STEP Academy

IT STEP Academy, a global leader in IT education since 1999, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This role offers the chance to build strong client relationships, drive growth, and shape the future of digital education in Indonesia.

Your Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Pitch and sell products/services, build long-term partnerships
Deliver product demos and presentations
Negotiate and close deals, meet sales targets
Maintain customer relationships and provide support
Prepare reports and stay updated with market trends
Collaborate with the team to achieve targets
Full onsite location work South Jakarta Sudirman area

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience with negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Target-driven and customer-focused mindset
Presentation skills and ability to deliver product demos
Team player, adaptable, and up to date with industry trends
Background in Edutech is an advantage
