Job Descriptions :
- Develop work plans to support both international and domestic market sales strategies
- Identify potential areas and prospective customers, and establish communication by providing information and proposals to clients
- Conduct sales data analysis to identify areas or opportunities for improvement
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through purchase order issuance
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships through regular communication
- Ensure that products ordered by customers, during the prototype stage and after final production, meet company standards and customer requirements prior to shipment
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Management, or other related fields
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Sales Manager
- Strong understanding and experience in managing both international and domestic product shipments
- Experience using sales management software (Odoo, Matado, ERP software)
- Knowledge of product shipment quality standards, particularly for wood products, and product safety during transportation
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
