Job description for SALES MANAGER at PT Yobel Sandang Lestari
We are hiring Sales Manager
At least 3-5 years working experience as Sales Team Leader/ Sales Manager
Have experience in Textile Industry is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft office, Google Workspace and understand important use of social media
Understanding and having experience of sales data platform (e.g. CRM or equivalent) and the importance towards Sales productivity
Good interpersonal and good communication skills are essential
Strong leadership
Target oriented and Result oriented and strong commitment to achieve sales goals
Strong Customer orientation and dedication in providing good service
Decision Making and Negotiation Skills
Able to work independently, diligent, ethical and committed.
Cross Collaboration mindset, strong team player with good teamwork , collaboration with Sales and E Commerce
Responsibilites
Developing Strategic Relationship
Strategy Implementation and Monitoring
Setting and Achieving Annual Sales Targets
Manage Sales Volume and Market Analysis
Managing the Sales Team
