Job description for Sales Manager (Rasa Lokal Nusantara) at Agrinesia Raya

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the RLN, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring they are achievable, measurable, and in line with company goals.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage/influence a high-performing sales team, including sales representatives and Frontliner.
  • Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement and meet sales targets.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the food industry.
  • Analyse competitor activities and strategies to inform and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Provide regular market insights and reports to senior management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts, actuals, and market insights.
