Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Proven track record in the Property/Real Estate industry particularly in selling landed houses, high-rise (apartments), office spaces, or commercial lots
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating sales teams
- Ability to develop and execute effective marketing plans
- Energetic, proactive, and committed to achieving sales excellence
- Established network with property agents, brokers, and financial institutions is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding results
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and key stakeholders
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, availability, and purchase processes
- Handle and resolve customer concerns, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Uphold company service standards and professionalism in every interaction
