Job description for Sales Manager Property at Torindo Jaya Persada
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager Property to join our client team. Our client, a company engaged in Property Development, is in need of a Sales Executive to market the property we are developing in Pekanbaru Area. As a Sales Manager Property, you will play a crucial role in selling product to customers in Pekanbaru Area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1).
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in Sales Management.
- Thorough understanding of and experience in Sales Property and of Marketing Strategy.
- Target Oriented
- Maximum age 40 years old
- Able to communicate well
- Neat and professional appearance
- Willing to be placed in Pekanbaru, Mess is provided for employees outside Pekanbaru
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify target accounts and target opportunities
- Defines annual customer visit plan; Converts customer visit call plan in to weekly customer visit plan
- Review customer visit plan execution including customer interaction, call plan, call schedule and communication
- Check and review price, estimated delivery, terms and conditions for customer quotes
- Provide input for creating final sales targets.
- Review customer activity plan, proposals and finalize activities
- Manage subordinates’ performance evaluation
- Perform annual planning and manage budgets.
- Ensure SH&E, Legal and all SOP compliance are implemented properly.
