Job description for Sales Manager property at PT. BKH Indonesia Investments

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in the same position, preferably from Developer / Property / Landed industry
Strong understanding of property market trends and sales strategies
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Understand the characteristics of landed houses located in West Jakarta
Familiar and able to establish cooperation with property agent offices in West Jakarta area
Have hands-on experience in managing CRM tools and supervising Social Media Ads
Experience in managing and monitoring a team, and have good managerial and leadership skills
Good time management
Fast, proactive, and target-oriented
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Having a strong network within the property industry is a plus
Placement: Tangerang and project location in West Jakarta
Project: Casa Varya Residences

1. salary Rp 7,000,000-10,000,000 (can negotiate a higher salary after performing and achieving sales targets)
