Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Manage and achieve project sales targets in alignment with the company’s business strategy and objectives.
- Client Relationship & Business Networking: Build, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, Main Contractors, and Project Consultants.
- Market Mapping & Analysis: Identify customer needs, map business opportunities, and conduct regular market analysis to uncover new prospects and support business expansion.
- Brand & Market Development: Formulate and execute brand development strategies to increase market share within target segments.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and direct the project sales team effectively to reach team performance goals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in Engineering or Business Management.
- Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager, with a strong background in project sales preferred.
- Industry Network: Extensive network with Main Contractors and/or Project Consultants is a strong plus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent and active in English, both written and spoken.
- Core Competencies: Strong executive-level communication, business presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
- Leadership & Mindset: Target-oriented with strong leadership capabilities to guide sales teams, alongside a deep understanding of project sales dynamics.
