Job description for Sales Manager – Pet Food Division at Quesscorp
Quess Vietnam is hiring a Sales Manager for our client, a leading U.S.-based animal nutrition company, to drive the growth of its Pet Food Division.
DESCRIPTIONS:
• Lead the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Strong skills in data gathering and market situation analysis.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers and professionally guide the after-sales service team.
• Manage debt collection in accordance with the company’s credit control policy.
• Develop, present, and implement department strategy/budget.
• Be in charge of nationwide sales. The current team has 10 sales staff and reports directly to the Country General Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Major in Sales, Marketing, Animal Science, Pet Nutrition, or Veterinary Medicine (preferred).
• At least 3 years of management experience in the pet food industry, pet industry, or FMCG.
• English communication skills.

• Salary: 40 – 60,000,000 VND Gross + KPI bonus.

• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Company provides a car with a driver, and covers phone expenses based on actual bills.
• Travel allowance applicable only for business trips to Northern or Central Vietnam.
