SALES MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, including corporate, leisure, MICE, and international segments.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with travel agents, wholesalers, corporate clients, and partners.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to promote resort products and services.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Represent the resort at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar Sales Manager role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong network in domestic and international travel trade markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Other languages are an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Willing to be based in Denpasar.
