Job description for Sales Manager - Otomotif (Dealer Motor) at PT Apex Nusantara Indo

Responsibilities:

Assign monthly and annual sales quotas for individual sales consultants.
Train staff on the Honda sales process, product knowledge, and handling objections.
Conduct daily or weekly meetings to review sales pipelines and individual metrics.
Work closely with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to maximize dealership profit per unit.
Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure rapid follow-up on digital and walk-in leads.
