Job Description
- Develop and execute offline sales strategies to expand product distribution across retail stores, department stores, and other offline distribution channels.
- Identify, acquire, and build strong partnerships with distributors, B2B clients, retail chains, and other offline business partners to increase product availability.
- Take full ownership of achieving monthly and annual sales targets across assigned offline sales channels.
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with existing business partners to drive repeat orders and ensure high partner satisfaction.
- Plan, execute, and oversee in-store promotional activities, including product bundling, retail discounts, and offline marketing events to maximize sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure timely product availability and optimal inventory levels across all offline sales channels.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis by monitoring pricing strategies, product placement, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth and market share expansion.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Offline Sales, Trade Marketing, or Business Development, preferably within the FMCG, Beauty, or Retail industry.
- Strong network with distributors, retail chains, department stores, or key retail decision-makers across Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop field sales teams to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Willing to travel frequently for business meetings, distributor visits, and retail store visits when required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for sales analysis, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Target-driven, highly accountable, honest, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of offline sales administration processes, including invoicing, purchase orders, payment collection, and consignment systems.
