Job description for Sales Manager Motor Listrik at PT HIT International

Job Description:

Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities, and develop marketing strategies.
Prepare and present reports on sales progress, partner performance, and market conditions to management.
Willing to travel to various locations within the region as required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience; experience in the automotive or electric motorcycle industry is preferred.
Proven experience in supervising sales teams or managing dealer networks.
Strong understanding of the automotive retail or distribution landscape.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in reporting and administrative tasks (Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word).
Target-oriented, proactive, capable of multitasking, and able to work under pressure.
