Job Description:
* Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads and convert them into clients.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the agency's brand and services to potential clients.
* Create and maintain a sales pipeline to track new business opportunities and monitor progress towards revenue targets.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, target audiences, and industry trends.
* Cultivates business relationships through networking, industry events and outbound marketing
* Forecasts and assesses resources available to determine the scope and duration of new business opportunities
* Collaborate with the creative and account management departments to develop customized proposals and presentations that meet clients' needs and objectives.
* Build relationships with prospective clients, develop sales proposals, and participate in pitch meetings to win new business.
* Manage and maintain the agency's brand and ensure consistency in all communications.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on new business and marketing activities to agency management.
Job Requirements:
* Candidates must be able to speak Mandarin fluently.
* Strategic thinker, successful track record (at least 5+ years) of building business for an agency in advertising.
* Proven results in a quota carrying sales role in the Advertising, Digital Marketing. Experience creating operational structure around sales and marketing functions.
* Experience selling in to mid-tier and enterprise clients. Ability to adapt sales strategy to the agency’s evolving service offerings
* Proven experience in building and leading a cross-functional team in the pitch or business development process
* Strong network with brand marketers and decision Strong understanding of integrated marketing (360), influencer marketing, digital media, social media, production, events, and PR (Point plus)
* Experience overseeing business development initiatives from initial opportunity all the way through securing client contracts
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
* Advanced knowledge of full-service, integrated advertising solution offerings, including strategy, creative, media, and digital
