Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage channel stores within the assigned area to drive business growth.
- Monitor and mitigate risks before, during, and after the loan disbursement process.
- Proactively organize and participate in field marketing and outdoor promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the multi-finance or financial services industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- High sense of market awareness and excellent execution capabilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
