Key Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years at the same position in a 4 / 5 stars Hotel or Service Apartment.
- Excellent English proficiency, with great communication and negotiation skills.
- A deep understanding of the hospitality market and sales processes.
- Analytical skills for market trend analysis and financial forecasting.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and adaptable.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract business and meet revenue targets for room sales, events, and other hotel services.
Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers to secure business.
Sales & Marketing Strategy: Create and manage sales plans, including outreach, on-site visits, and networking, to generate new leads and accounts.
Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate contracts for group bookings, conferences, and other events, ensuring they align with the hotel's financial goals and terms.
Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive advantage and identify new market opportunities.
Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and train the sales team to achieve sales objectives and foster a positive work environment.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenue.
