We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Manager to join our team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. They will develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and drive business development initiatives. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that the sales operations run efficiently. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our sales efforts and contributing to the overall success of the company.
We are looking for candidates who hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, particularly in hotel sales, business development, or related commercial roles. Candidates with experience in managing corporate accounts, developing partnerships, handling client relationships, and driving revenue within the hospitality industry are highly preferred.
Ideal candidates will possess strong skills in Hospitality Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, Sales Operations, Revenue Generation, and Performance Management. Experience in working with corporate clients, travel agents, event organizers, or other hospitality-related partners will be an advantage.
