RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Working towards achieving the exceed sales targets
2. Member management and reporting. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by a Director
3. Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other channels
4. Develop a strategy for sustainable business growth
5. Creating and managing a sales pipeline as a reflection of the sales prospects and process
6. Follow up on sales inquiries coming in through emails, calls, etc
7. Sales reporting and develop competitor analysis
8. Negotiating contracts to arrive at the best deal for both the client and organization
9. Strong market analysis to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and finding the white space
10. Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
11. Prepares budgets and forecasts
12. Comply to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
13. Initiate and manage projects with multiple teams such as Flavor Creation & Application and Marketing
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
2. 6 – 10 years of sales related experience, experience in the flavor industry
3. Proven track record of at least 6 - 10 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the flavor and fragrance industry
or related fields
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships. Knowledge of strategic/conceptual selling skills preferred
6. A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
7. Good presentation skill
