Your key responsibilities are:
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues
- Set individual sales targets with sales team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Sustains good relationships with clients, conducts effective probing, inquires about client concerns, and attends client calls
- Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
- Aim to maximise profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting products, services or ideas
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling / networking
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong Sales Background
- At least 4 years of working experience as a Sales Manager (preferably specialized in Property or equivalent)
- Have excellent knowledge of Property Industry
- Proven record of successful deal closed
