We are looking for a Sales Manager (Batam) to join our team and work together with us in building GajiGesa. As the Sales Manager (Batam), you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and driving growth in this exciting market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Sales strategy to expand our customer base, build a strategic network, and ensure the successful expansion of GajiGesa in Batam.
Job Descriptions
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand local market dynamics, customer preferences, and competition. Use this knowledge to develop data-driven strategies for market entry.
- Business Development Strategy: Create a comprehensive business development plan tailored to Batam, including a sales plan and strategies to achieve rapid growth and market penetration.
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers, key decision-makers, and strategic partners through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Meet and exceed sales targets to establish a strong foothold in the new market.
- Partnership Building: Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to expand our network and reach in Batam.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and account management, to ensure seamless launch and ongoing success in Batam.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide regular reports and insights to the Leadership team.
- You must be comfortable acting as an Individual Contributor (IC) and Leader.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in the Commercial Department of a Financial Institution (Banking industry and Multifinance industry is a plus)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
