Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Business Development & Sales Strategy

  • Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi penjualan B2B untuk meningkatkan revenue perusahaan.
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang pasar baru pada segmen:

- Interior Designer

- Property Developer

- Hotel & Hospitality

- Corporate Office

- Retail & Commercial Project

  • Membangun pipeline project dan menjaga pertumbuhan penjualan secara konsisten.
  • Menentukan target sales bulanan, quarterly, dan tahunan.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Mencari dan mengembangkan client baru secara aktif.
  • Menjalin hubungan jangka panjang dengan key clients dan strategic partners.
  • Melakukan presentasi produk, company profile, dan solusi furniture kepada client.
  • Menjadi penghubung utama antara client dan internal team selama proses project berjalan.

3. Project & Commercial Handling

  • Memahami kebutuhan client terkait desain, spesifikasi, material, timeline, dan budget project.
  • Menyiapkan proposal penawaran, quotation, serta negosiasi harga dan kontrak.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi, desain, dan operasional untuk memastikan project berjalan sesuai timeline.
  • Memastikan kepuasan client hingga tahap after-sales.

4. Team Management

  • Memimpin dan mengembangkan tim sales B2B.
  • Monitoring performa sales team dan pencapaian KPI.
  • Memberikan coaching, mentoring, dan evaluasi berkala kepada anggota tim.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Melakukan analisa market trend, kompetitor, dan kebutuhan customer.
  • Membuat laporan sales performance dan forecasting secara berkala kepada management.
  • Memberikan insight strategis untuk pengembangan produk dan pasar.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal S1 semua jurusan, lebih disukai dari Marketing, Business, Interior Design, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang B2B Sales, dengan minimal 2 tahun sebagai Sales Manager.
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di industri:

- Furniture

- Interior

- Building Material

- Home Living

- Hospitality Supply

- Luxury Product

  • Memiliki network yang kuat di dunia interior design, developer, contractor, atau hospitality menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang sangat baik.
  • Terbiasa menangani project-based sales dan high-value transaction.
  • Target-oriented, strategic thinking, dan memiliki leadership yang baik.
  • Bersedia melakukan meeting client dan business visit.
