PT Wedison Green Energy Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales development and expand our electric motorcycle market in Bandung and surrounding areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Develop and expand dealer, retail, and sales channel networks.
- Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities and potential areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, business partners, and customers.
- Lead, manage, and monitor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Set sales targets and monitor the team's performance and achievement.
- Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and automotive industry trends.
- Develop strategies to increase market penetration and overall sales performance.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
- Prepare regular sales, market development, and team performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to execute business and sales strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with experience as a Sales Manager preferred.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry is required.
- Experience in dealer development, retail network expansion, or channel sales.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a sales team.
- Strong skills in sales strategy, market development, negotiation, and business development.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willing to travel for business and conduct regular market visits.
- Experience in the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
