Job description for Sales Manager/Asst Sales Manager of Stainless Steel products at PT Sinergi Performa Cipta
Overview:
The ideal candidate is mandatory experience in sales management of stainless steel in Indonesia, or come from a stockist/distributor company with stock in Indonesia (not only trader - indent product), a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, from stainless steel industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Find and offer product sales to customers
2) Establish good cooperation with customers
3) Responsible for achieving sales targets
4) Capable of leading a team and creating new markets for the Stainless Steel sector
5) MANDATORY Understand and have experience related to Steel Sheet Products (Stainless Steel) Plate, Galvalume, HRC, CRC, GI, GL
Requirements
1) Bachelors Degree
2) Minimum 5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in Stainless Steel
3) Proven track record of achieving stainless steel sales of IDR 10 - 20 Billion per month
4) Must come from stainless stell manufacturing in Indonesia or stockist company (which having physical local inventory/stock in Indonesia, not overseas trading/indent model)
5) Own a private vehicle with active SIM A and SIM C licenses
6) Familiar with the JABODETABEK road network/area
7) Able to design strategy and work according to company targets
8) Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
