Job Descriptions:
- Lead sales efforts for Varnion’s applications, designing and implementing strategies that support business growth.
- Manage and inspire a dedicated sales team, creating an environment that fosters success and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competition in the applications field.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in tech or application sales within startup or fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen ability to identify and tackle challenges independently.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams to meet ambitious targets and developing sales strategies.
- Knowledge of the Bali market is a plus.
