Job description for Sales Manager - Accessories & Electronics / Jakarta at Islamic Medical Service
Responsibilities:
Strategy Execution: Develop and implement national sales roadmaps to achieve revenue and distribution targets for the Accessories sub-brand.
Network Expansion: Manage and expand a network of active dealers and distributors (targeting 20+ new active dealers per month) across Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT).
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor pricing and product trends to adjust ADVAN’s positioning in the accessories market.
Performance Management: Monitor stock movement (sell-in/sell-out) and ensure product visibility and healthy inventory turnover at the retail level.
Stakeholder Management: Build long-term relationships with key retail partners and regional wholesalers to drive brand loyalty.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related majors.
Experience:
6+ years in Sales within Consumer Electronics or IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record specifically in Mobile Accessories, IoT, or Wearables.
Technical Expertise:
Expert in channel management (Modern Trade & General Trade).
Data-driven decision-making using CRM and sales dashboard analysis.
Strong network of existing electronics dealers and distributors.
Language: Professional English and Mandarin, Spoken and Written, for daily communication with stakeholders and reporting.
Professional & Personal Competencies: High-initiative "Hunter" mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.
