Job description for Sales Legal Agency at ILOT Property Bali
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Offer and sell the company’s legal services (business establishment, licensing, KITAS, etc.) to both B2B and B2C clients.
- Serve as a Customer Service representative to provide consultations, respond to inquiries, and provide clients with updates on service progress.
- Maintain good relationships with both domestic and international (expatriate) clients.
- Drafting quotation letters and negotiating with clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Law, Communication, or Business Management).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Customer Service (experience at a business consulting firm or legal agency is a plus).
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Communicative, persuasive, friendly, and customer-service oriented.
