Job description for Sales Leader at BNET Academy

At BNET, we believe that better internet creates a better life. As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are looking for a Sales Leader who is ready to lead with energy, build strong market opportunities, and drive the team to achieve impactful results.

What you will do:

  1. Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  2. Develop sales strategies to grow market opportunities and strengthen customer acquisition.
  3. Monitor prospects, sales pipelines, follow-up activities, and closing performance.
  4. Expand market opportunities through canvassing, referrals, communities, partnership, and direct customer approaches.
  5. Provide coaching, direction, and performance evaluation to help the sales team grow and improve.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, potential customers, communities, partners, and external stakeholders.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth process from customer acquisition to installation.
  8. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for performance evaluation and stategy improvement.
  9. Represent BNET with integrity, professionalism, and a strong customer-oriented mindset in every sales activity.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
  2. Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Leader in sales, account executive, business development, or a similar role.
  3. Proven ability to lead a team and work with sales targets.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good knowledge of the Karawang area and its surroundings is a plus.
  6. Experience in ISP, telecommunications, subscription-based service or direct sales is a plus.
