SALES LEADER - TRANS SNOW WORLD

Job Desc :

Managing sales through the development of a business plan, set individual and team sales target, overseeing sales, activity and the team performance.

Requirements :

3 years experience in travel agents and customer groups
Well organized and detail oriented to sucessfully manage travel plans and schedules
Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
Understand travel market and consumer behavior
Have creative problem solving abilities to fix potential travel and scheduling issues
Ensure that company quotas are met by holding daily check in with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress
Excellent in leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
