Menyusun dan menawarkan solusi internet yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan, baik untuk individu maupun bisnis.

Memahami berbagai produk dan paket yang ditawarkan, serta manfaatnya bagi pelanggan.

Mengedukasi pelanggan tentang fitur, manfaat, dan keunggulan layanan internet yang ditawarkan.

Proaktif dalam mencari prospek atau leads potensial melalui berbagai saluran (telepon, email, acara, media sosial, atau kunjungan langsung).
