Requirements :
* Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent), all majors
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
* Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales (fashion preferred)
* Strong understanding of sales processes and accustomed to achieving targets
* Highly motivated, proactive, and disciplined
* Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills
* Willing to be placed or relocated based on company needs
* Able to represent the Bocorocco brand professionally
* Fully vaccinated, including booster (mandatory)
Responsibilities :
* Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
* Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain relationships after sales (after-sales service)
* Learn and stay updated on product knowledge and sales programs
* Manage product stock at the store/counter and conduct stock opname
* Maintain cleanliness and follow store SOPs and standards
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales data in accordance with SOP

* Working Days: 6 Days & 1 Off

* Morning Shift: 09.00 – 17.00 WIB
* Middle Shift: 12.00 – 20.00 WIB
