Job description for Sales Key Account B2B at Delifru Flavour Expert
Kualifikasi:
- Wanita, usia 23 – 35 tahun
- S1 jurusan Ilmu Komunikasi, Marketing Komunikasi, Pemasaran, Manajemen Bisnis, dan sejenisnya
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 - 2 tahun sebagai Key Account atau di bidang penjualan di industri manufaktur makanan (FMCG) atau pengalaman pada bidang industry yang berfokus pada segment pasar HoReCa
- Mempunyai SIM A atau SIM C (Aktif)
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengelola serta mengembangkan hubungan dengan customer pada level Key Account
- Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan Microsoft (Word & Excel) dengan baik
- Memiliki pemahaman atau pernah menggunalan perangkat lunak CRM/ ERP serta software pendukung penjualan yang sejenis akan menjadi point plus
- Memiliki keahlian dalam Negosiasi, Penjualan, Komunikasi, Analisa/Riset, Dapat bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim dengan baik, Jujur & Disiplin, dan ber orientasi pada hasil
- Bersedia bekerja di luar kantor untuk visit Customer
- Penempatan di Office Delifru Jakarta Barat
Job Deskrispi:
- Mencari prospek dan customer/Key Accounts baru dari bisnis HoReCa/B2B yang sesuai dengan segmen pasar DELIFRU
- Melakukan cross-selling dan up-selling produk Delifru kepada Key Accounts dengan menciptakan ide” baru baik secarara teknis maupun non teknis dalam pekenalan produk untuk Key Account
- Melakukan negosiasi harga, volume, dan kontrak kerjasama dengan Key Accounts serta menjaga agar kesepakatan tetap menguntungkan kedua belah pihak
- Memelihara dan meningkatkan service & satisfaction level pada Key Accounts baru dan existing
- Melakukan riset pasar bulanan bersama team mengenai tren pasar yang terkait dengan bisnis F&B
- Memastikan kualitas produk yang diterima oleh Key Accounts sesuai dengan standar dan kebutuhan mereka
- Mencapai target KPI dan KPA yang ditetapkan Perusahaan
- Membuat reporting sales dan pencapaian perjualan secara berkala.
Hari & Jam Kerja:
- Senin s/d Kamis (09.00 - 17.00)
- Jum'at (09.00 - 17.30)
- Sabtu (09.00 - 14.30)
