Job Description
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers via calls or online communication.
- Identify and approach potential clients to explore new collaboration opportunities or business deals.
- Actively source and qualify potential clients in relevant industries.
- Arrange and conduct client visits when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on client needs.
Qualifications
- No prior sales experience is required; however, candidates with sales experience—especially in B2B, electronics, or semiconductor industries—will be preferred.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Must be based in Semarang (mandatory, if you are not in Semarang or willing to relocate don't apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating with clients regularly.
