Job description for Sales Interior at PT Sandimas Intimitra
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners.
- Generate and identify new business leads with interior designers, architects, contractors, and specifiers.
- Attend meetings and present the company’s profile and products/services to customers, either virtually or during sales visits.
- Negotiate project contracts.
- Supervise project implementation until completion.
- Collaborate with and provide updates to the technical, factory, and other teams involved in the project process.
- Provide prompt responses to questions or resolve project-related complaints from customers or clients.
- Analyze target achievements and develop strategies for sales improvement.
- Occasional local travel to meet customers.
- Conduct regular events for networking and product showcase to current and potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the architecture or interior design industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence customer decisions.
- Excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in presenting and demonstrating products to clients.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong professional network within the interior design, architecture, contractor, and specifier communities.
- Willing to be placed in Bali.
