Job Descriptions
- Manage and build strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Identify and understand clients’ needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
- Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiations, and handle client objections effectively.
- Drive the sales process from initial consultation through to project closing.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to support project requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales; experience in a similar industry or position is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience or knowledge in the interior design industry is highly preferred.
- Confident, proactive, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Placement: Bandung.
