Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, diutamakan jurusan Teknik (Mesin, Elektro, Industri, Kimia) atau Bisnis/Manajemen.
Memiliki pengalaman 2–5 tahun sebagai Sales B2B, terutama di bidang industrial, manufaktur, engineering, atau distribusi.
Memahami proses penjualan B2B, mulai dari prospecting, presentasi, negosiasi, hingga closing.
Mampu membaca kebutuhan pelanggan dan menawarkan solusi yang sesuai (solution selling).
Bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke pabrik, proyek, atau pelanggan di berbagai wilayah.
Memiliki SIM A/C
