1. Sales – Industrial Automation
Requirements
1.Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Instrumentation , Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2.Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Industrial Automation industry.
3.Strong knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Control Systems.
4.Proven experience in developing new business opportunities and managing existing customer accounts.
5.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
6.Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
7.Experience in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and commercial negotiations.
8.Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
9.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
10.Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
11.Good command of written and spoken English.
2. Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
2.Promote and sell industrial automation products and solutions to meet customer requirements.
3.Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
4.Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
5.Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
6.Coordinate with the engineering and technical support teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
7.Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
8.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
