Location: Alam Sutera (Work From Office)
Working Days: Monday – Friday (9AM-5PM)

As an Import Sales Executive, your main responsibility is to generate new business opportunities through active canvassing, prospecting, and relationship building with both B2B and B2C customers.
We highly encourage applicants with experience in FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) import sales to apply. If you have a proven track record in the freight forwarding or import logistics industry, we'd love to have you on our team. This position offers a competitive base salary along with an attractive commission for every successful FCL and LCL shipment you secure, providing unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field canvassing to identify and acquire potential customers.
- Generate new leads through direct visits, networking, referrals, and online prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce and promote the company's import and logistics services.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable shipping and import solutions.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into active customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Submit a weekly prospect list containing new potential customers (B2B and/or B2C), along with visit and follow-up reports.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Experience in sales, business development, logistics, freight forwarding, or import services is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply.
- Confident communicating and approaching new people.
- Comfortable doing field canvassing and customer visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Own a motorcycle or car and possess a valid driver's license (preferred).
