Job Descriptions

Qualifications – Sales (Freight Forwarding / Export-Import)

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.

2. Minimum 1-2 year of experience in freight forwarding/logistics sales.

3. Good understanding of international shipping and logistics processes, including ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, Incoterm, and trucking.

4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.

5. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

6. Proficient in English, both oral and written.

7. Able to work independently and in a team, with a results-driven mindset.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

9. Has a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willing to travel for client visits.

10. High integrity, proactive attitude, and excellent customer service orientation.
