Job description for Sales Field at PT King Hup Motors

**Tugas Harian Utama**

**Front Desk**

  1. Belajar dan memahami jenis sparepart mobil BMW menggunakan aplikasi yang sudah tersedia
  2. Melayani orderan by WA, konsumen yang datang langsung ke kantor, dari proses pesanan – pengiriman menggunakan aplikasi yang sudah tersedia
  3. Menerima, merekap laporan penerimaan pembayaran
  4. Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan meja Front Desk

**Sales Area**

  1. Visit Market untuk menjalin hubungan dan maintenance konsumen
  2. Menagih faktur yang sudah JTO
  3. Membuka area baru / konsumen baru
  4. Menawarkan, menjelaskan program item yang di jual Perusahaan

**Jam Kerja & Operasional**

  1. Penempatan : Kemayoran, Jakarta Pusat & Area Sales Visit
  2. Jam Kerja Senin-Jumat 09-17 & Sabtu 09-15

**Target & Ekspetasi**

  1. Ramah untuk menyambut konsumen yang datang ke kantor
  2. Agresif, cekatan, tidak lamban, mau belajar , inisiatif, mau mendalami dunia sparepart mobil khususnya Mobil2 EROPA, minat terhadap dunia sparepart
  3. Siap visit market untuk membuka channel / konsumen / area baru
  4. Disiplin waktu

**Kualifikasi Teknis yang dibutuhkan**

  1. Motor pribadi + Sim C Aktif
  2. Mengetahui area JABODETABEK / mau survey area JABODETABEK
  3. Pengetahuan dasar dunia sparepart mobil , gesit dan mau belajar!
  4. Bisa mengoperasikan computer, Ms Office
