Job description for Sales Export - Import (Forwarding) at PT. Prolink Multimoda Trans

Requirement:

• Background education minimum bachelor degree (S-1) all major

• Have experience min 2 years as Document EXIM in logistics or freight forwarding company is priority

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English

• Good knowledge of Export / Import procedures/ document and customs regulations.

• Understanding of freight forwarding processes, including sea, air land freight operations, customs clearance, bill of lading (B/L), commercial invoice, packing list

• Understand procedures, regulations, licenses, export import documents and the necessary permit, including PIB/PEB & BC 2.3

• Have good personality, Detail-oriented, Hardworking, Communicative, and have good teamwork, willing to grow with the company

• Office: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Job Description:

• Handle Customer enquiries

• Communication with agents overseas and consignee to handle import shipments

• Handle document export import (pre alert until monitoring shipment)

• Responsible for all export and import documents for customs clearance until finished

• Check export/ import documents for customs processing; Draft documents for shipping and customs; Ensure HS Code is correct

• Negotiating and communicating to arrange domestic shipping & Export booking (Familiar with booking space from shipping line (OOCL \ KMTC \ CMA etc).

• Invoicing, handling administrative tasks and operating according to Operating Procedures.

• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

• Process the required importing & exporting certification if needed (Surveyor Reports (LS), PI, COO for Export etc)
