Tasks & responsibilities

• Drive sales by demonstrating negotiation skills, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with retailers.

• Monitor and analyze products, customers, and market segments to recommend strategies that match retail preferences and to identify new opportunities for product development.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing sales strategies.

• Monitor and report sales data to improve performance.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales is preferred. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and product development opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong interest in jewelry and fashion trends is a plus.
