WHAT YOU 'LL DO
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's business challenges
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline; consistently achieve and exceed quarterly/annually sales targets
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (Finance, Operations, C-Suite) across target industries
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contracts; negotiate terms to close deals
- Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth hand-offs postsale
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progress in the CRM
- Provide market and competitor insights to help shape the company's go-to-market strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in the IT / technology sector
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Preferred: Hands-on experience selling or working with Oracle NetSuite or comparable ERP / cloud business software (SAP Business One, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Strong consultative selling skills — you listen first, pitch second
- Confident communicator in both Indonesian (Bahasa) and English, written and verbal
- Comfortable navigating long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter mindset; thrives in a start-up environment where processes are still being built
NICE TO HAVE
- Existing network within Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Retail sectors in Indonesia
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based pricing
- Prior experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
- NetSuite certification or formal ERP implementation exposure
