WHAT YOU 'LL DO

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's business challenges
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline; consistently achieve and exceed quarterly/annually sales targets
  • Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers (Finance, Operations, C-Suite) across target industries
  • Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contracts; negotiate terms to close deals
  • Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth hand-offs postsale
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline progress in the CRM
  • Provide market and competitor insights to help shape the company's go-to-market strategy

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in the IT / technology sector
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience selling or working with Oracle NetSuite or comparable ERP / cloud business software (SAP Business One, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
  • Strong consultative selling skills — you listen first, pitch second
  • Confident communicator in both Indonesian (Bahasa) and English, written and verbal
  • Comfortable navigating long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Self-starter mindset; thrives in a start-up environment where processes are still being built

NICE TO HAVE

  • Existing network within Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Retail sectors in Indonesia
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based pricing
  • Prior experience in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • NetSuite certification or formal ERP implementation exposure
