Job description for Sales Executive at PT Hyper Mega Shipping
Responsibility :
- Identify, prospect, and develop new sales opportunities through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained sales growth.
- Present our shipping solutions and logistics services to prospects in an engaging manner tailored to their business needs.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Qualification :
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Knowledge of the import/export forwarding business and a willingness to quickly learn about our services
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients at various levels.
- Strong negotiation skills
