Job description for Sales Executive at PT. MIMA FORKLIFT INDONESIA
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in forklift, heavy equipment, material handling, machinery, automotive, or industrial equipment.
- Proven experience in sales hunting, customer acquisition, canvassing, and closing deals.
- Experienced in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer visits to quotation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up.
- Target-oriented with a strong sales achievement and result-driven mindset.
- Experience or an existing network in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid SIM A / Driving License and willing to travel for customer visits.
- Good command of English will be advantage.
- Proactive, confident, persistent, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to be place in Green Sedayu Biz Park Cakung, East Jakarta.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers through sales hunting, cold calling, canvassing, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their business needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable forklift and material handling solutions.
- Prepare and present product quotations, proposals, and product presentations to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product specifications, features, benefits, and applications.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions with customers to achieve successful deals.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting, quotation, negotiation, closing, and order processing to after-sales follow-up.
- Monitor sales pipeline and follow up on leads and opportunities to maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, quotations, and sales pipelines.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and develop opportunities for repeat orders and long-term business relationships.
