Job description for Sales Executive at Beeza
Beeza is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to support our growth by identifying opportunities, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in promoting Beeza’s digital solutions, understanding customer needs, and ensuring a smooth sales journey from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and consultations to understand client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Gather market insights, competitor data, and customer feedback to support business strategies.
- Attend events, networking sessions, or customer visits when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High level of motivation, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Experience in tech, SaaS, startup, or digital solutions industries.
- Knowledge of B2B sales cycles.
- Existing network relevant to Beeza’s target market.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
