# Job Requirements :

- Minimum High School Graduate.

- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales, preferably within a premium showroom or gallery setting.

- Background in luxury kitchen design, furniture, interior design, sales administration, marketing, management, communication, or related fields is an advantage.

- Strong solution-oriented mindset and good communication skills, with proficiency in English.

- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking on new challenges and engaging with prospective clients.

- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented, with a well-groomed and professional appearance.

- Strong salesmanship and customer relationship skills.

- Willing to work onsite at our showroom in Indonesia Design District, PIK 2.

# Job Description :

- Assist and serve showroom customers in a professional and friendly manner.

- Learn product information and assist customers in selecting suitable products.

- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales documentation.

- Input and maintain sales orders, product data, and customer information in the system.

- Follow up and monitor customer inquiries, orders, payments, and delivery status.

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and visual merchandising teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

- Update customers and designers regarding product availability, stock status, and pricing.

- Maintain organized sales documents, including invoices, delivery orders, and receipts.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.

- Support product presentation and maintain overall showroom readiness to ensure a premium client experience.
