Job description for Sales Executive at PT STELLARIS TECHNOLOGY INDONESIA
We are looking for a Sales Executive (B2B & Wholesale) who is target-driven and experienced in developing customer networks, distributors, resellers, and wholesale accounts. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable working in a performance-based incentive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Identify and develop new customers, including distributors, resellers, retail stores, and wholesale accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and sales negotiations.
- Identify market opportunities and expand sales coverage.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and customer visit reports on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product delivery.
- Ensure timely collection of customer payments in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive or a related sales role.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Distribution, or Wholesale industries.
- Existing customer, distributor, or wholesale channel network will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
